 Description  


Move-in with your suitcase.  Enjoy the Okanagan in a new 2 bedroom, 
2 bathroom condo backing onto a 20 acre park with access to 1000 ft 
of lakeshore (Wood Lake).  Located between Vernon and Kelowna, a 10 
minute drive from the Kelowna International Airport.

 Amenities 

 

Fireplace, air conditioning, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, 
fridge and cooking utensils provided.  All linens provided.  In-
suite washer/dryer.  Shared exercise room, social room, pool, sauna 
and hot tub.


 Attractions 

 

A great location for hiking, biking, winery tours, golf, fishing, 
shopping, dining, swimming, boating, spa services.  Centrally 
located between Vernon and Kelowna.

 Rates 

 


Contact owner for rates.  Minimum 3 night stay during off-season.  
Minimum 1 week stay during high season.

50% deposit at time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to 
arrival.  Security deposit to be discussed with owner.  No refund 
with less than 7 days cancellation notice, unless unit is re-rented.
