sailboats out on the water! This individually owned unit offers a 
private bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchen/living 
area with full size futon, color cable TV, VCR, CD stereo, dishes, 
utensils. You provide linens and towels. Friendly management on site 
for your convenience. Please note that there is a maximum of 4 
people allowed including children. No smoking allowed. Condo is on 
the second floor of a two story building.

and will accommodate 4 people, with two separate and private rooms,

wall carpeting and individually controlled electric heat. Gas grills 
available for cooking out and basketball hoop in rear of property.

Dennisport is in the heart of Cape Cod and close to everything. 
Numerous top notch restaurants, family activities such as mini-golf, 
museums, Cape National Seashore, shopping, theaters and more. Plenty 
of nightlife for the adults. Nearby is the Cape Dennis Playhouse 
where many famous actors have taken stage. Fishing is abundant 
whether you cast off at the end of the beach or enjoy a charter out 
in the ocean. All will enjoy the whale watching expeditions 
available close by. Bring your bikes and ride the Cape Cod Rail 
Trail, a 20 mi. stretch of bike path that begins in Dennis and winds 
its way through Harwich, Brewster, Orleans, Eastham and into 
Wellfleet. Dennis Highlands and Dennis Pines offers beautiful golf 
courses, practice range, restaurants and pro shops. Houses of 
worship are nearby. Many of the beautiful nearby towns offer craft 
fairs, festivals, flea markets, quaint shops and more.

Memorial Day weekend: 3 nights $345; 2 nights $260 night

June 7th- June 20th: $140 per night/$575 per week
June 21st- June 27th: $180 per night/ $845 per week
Labor Day Weekend: 3 nights-$400/2 nights- $300
August 30th- Sept. 6th: $140 per night/ $600 per week
Sept. 6th- Sept. 20th: $140 per night/ $575 per week
Sept. 20th- Oct. 9th: $125 per night/ $450 per week
Oct. 10th- Oct. 13th (Columbus Day Weekend) $250 for 2 nights/$335
