This cottage has an extensive wood walkway to a large dock...custom 
quality throughout...a wonderful family complex.



Accessibility: 
From Vald'or you drive 25 miles south on a well maintained gravel 
road to the Main lodge, Northern Outfitters, and then travel 10 
miles on water to the Cottage. Your own boat or rental boats can be 
launched from nearby marina. Snowmobile rentals in town also 
available. Bring own linens, as linens not provided. 

Property manager will guide you to your vacation cottage, go over 
cottage use and rules, and advise you how to enjoy your days to the 
fullest, and connect with you on final day for departure.

The marina has boats and snowmobiles that are available for rent. 
Nearby town has many shops and restaurants if you would like to 
visit. 

Season is open year round. Quebec being the world’s #1 destination 
for snowmobiling, our lakefront cottage is perfect for the 100’s of 
miles of lake edge to explore and jump off into forest trails.Fall 
is the most colorfui breathtaking experience, and can be an annual 
event. Spring/Summer brings out the boating/fishing enthusiasts, but 
never a crowded, touristy tense climate.

Our rates are $USD 150 daily, $ USD 850 weekly, and $ USD 3000 
monthly. The rates fully include all amenities, and full use of the 
main cottage and bunkhouse.
