1840’s Tudor is gracefully poised on a park-like setting, which 
includes formal gardens and woodlands. Located two blocks from the 
Eire Canal in the New York Finger Lakes region, just minutes from 
Rochester, Syracuse, wine trails, ski resorts, apple farms, outlet 
shopping, the Women's Rights National Historic Park, the birthplace 
of Mormon religion and many more attractions. 

The grounds boast more than 2.6 acres of beauty, including a formal 
rose garden and fountain, large mature trees, perennials and lovely 
woodlands.  Guests love to stroll along the trail that winds its way 
from just behind the house and meanders casually to a picnic table in 
the woodland area or taking afternoon tea in the magnificent formal 
gardens adorned with dogwoods, cherry trees, flowering perennials, 
rhododendrons, azaleas, and more than 200 varieties of roses.

This charming room with woodland views boasts colorful floral 
wallpaper a full size antique replica four post iron bed and vintage 
oak furniture.

November through April  $95 single to double occupancy.
May through October    	$105 single to double occupancy.

English Tea Rose Room	
Full of windows this sun-warmed room has antique oak furnishings, a 
queen bed and views of the formal rose garden and fountain.

Heirloom Peony Suite		
You will sleep cozily in this magical suite adorned with a full size, 
iron sleigh bed and mahogany antique furniture. Relax in your own 
quiet parlor with twin sleeper and private bath.

Asian Lily Suite
A touch of Asian decor with a queen canopy bed offer a quiet relaxing 
atmosphere.  Your private bath has extra large clawfoot bathtub and

Tax is not included in the room rates and is an additional 8% per 
night per room.

Breakfast and snack are included in the room rate. We only accept 
children under 12 years by special arrangement and no pets are 
allowed. Some booking restrictions may apply to holidays and peak
