is FREE! Cannot be used in conjuction with other specials.
***Nightly or short stays are allowed, but weekly guests are given
first priority. This means you can only apply for a short stay 60 
days
or less before you want to come (30 days or less before peak season
dates). For example, if you want to stay the weekend of Aug 5-7, 
2005,
you can only apply after June 5, 2005. Minimum stay required: 2 
nights. 

Add'l Fees
 Add a $200 refundable security fee for all stays and $47.50 cleaning
fee + 14.25% Tennessee lodging and sales tax. Rates are quoted for 1-
