The perfect vacation condo for your family!  

The convenient location is nestled between the Deer Valley ski resort 
and the serene waters of the Jordanelle Reservoir.  If Deer Valley is 
your skiing destination, your lift tickets may be purchased at the 
Jordanelle Express Gondola, a two minute drive to the ticket office 
from the condo’s under ground garage.  Tickets may be purchased from 
8:30am-2pm same day.  

Our two bed and two bath condo is furnished with all the comforts of 
home including some hip and sassy touches.  The master bedroom 
features a queen size pillow top bed and attached private bathroom.  
A second bedroom is appointed with two twin size beds.  There is a 
queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room.  Enjoy the gas fireplace 
and open floor plan on the top floor of a typically quiet building.  

On-site you will find a fitness center complete with treadmills, 
elliptical, stationary bikes and weights. The clubhouse features a 
pool table, chess tables, a cozy fireplace, kitchenette and a big 
screen TV with theater system. 

There is also a swimming pool (open May-October) and a hot tub that 
is open year round.  

Visit us during the winter months and you may enjoy world class 
skiing at 3 fine resorts, all within minutes of our condo.  Deer 
Valley’s Mayflower Gondola is less than 2 miles away, and The 
Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort are a short 8-minute drive.  

There are plenty of fun activities in the summer time.  If you enjoy 
fishing or boating, the Jordanelle Marina is just down the street.  
Mountain biking and hiking trails are right at your doorstop, as 
well as several fantastic golf courses within minutes of Fox Bay.
