Why so inexpensive?  It's simple business - we finished our 
remodel just as the fall tourist season was ending, and would rather 
accept much lower prices during the winter months than nothing at 
all...wouldn't you?  We hardly expect that we'll be able to offer 
these extremely low rates again once we get in to spring and summer -

We would always consider in-kind exchanges (time at our property in 
exchange for time at yours), of reasonably similar value, from other 
FRBO owners.  We have adult children who live in a number of out-of-
Washington state homes, and we travel the country and the world on 
wine and beer import business.  So feel free to contact us and offer 
any ideas, and we can see on a case-by-case if it could be a win-win 
for us both.
