It is a magical place - I am not sure that there are proper words to 
describe the charm of our warm and inviting home on the Bay. The 
views from every room are simply breathtaking! You truly feel like 
you are on a ship overlooking a vast body of water; a view that is 
constantly changing either due to weather or by the large variety of 
boats. The house itself has yesteryear charm but with today's modern 
conveniences. It has the old rap around porch that now includes the 
kitchen - where your views are simply magnificent. Recently 
renovated, it has two stunning stone fireplaces, hardwood floors 
throughout. Enjoy an enclosed outdoor shower that has wonderful 
views of the bay. The front deck spans the entire length of the 
house.

 
There is a queen size be in the master bedroom and a double bed in 
the lower level bedroom. There is a queen size sofa bed and a 
trundle bed that has two twin mattresses in the second family room 
on the upper level.
 



The house is central air-conditioned and has direct T.V. The kitchen 
is completely equipped with a dishwasher, icemaker, and a microwave. 
Maid service is provide upon your departure.

 
The front deck overlooks the bay with plenty of chairs and lounge 
chairs. The deck also bodes a large picnic table, a perfect place 
for crab feasts or painting of shells by the children. 

Imagine sipping wine or your morning coffee and watching the blue 
herons, our local eagles and an assortment of other birds diving for 
their next feast into the bay and or watching the large variety of 
boats travel the bay for commerce or pleasure. Or waking up in the 
morning to the sun rising over the bay with spectacular colors of 
the sky that inspires anyone to paint. And or spending countless 
hours fishing or crabbing or walking the 3000' of beach for fossils 
from the Miocene era - this is the place where special memories are 
made.
 
    
Our guests have made so many wonderful comments to us about their 
vacation at our home, but the common theme that everyone talks about 
is that their vacation was good for their soul. It was a special 
place that they were able to totally relax, enjoy family/friends and 
nature at its best. It is will great pride that I invite you to stay

1 day trundle bed which converts to two twin size beds in the third 
bedroom with a fireplace and plasma TV

We have a 450' pier into the Bay which if fabulous for fishing and 
crabbing or just morning coffee, watching the sun rise.  There is a 
3000 feet of sand beach and fossils galore.  We also have a two mile 
nature trail through deep woods behind our property.  You can walk 
for miles up our beach.The eagles soar above you as you observe the 
slow motion of the heron walking in front of you on the beach.The 
swans pay us a visit every once in a while as well ant they are a 
real treasure to watch.  

$3000 PER WEEK, May 30 - Labor Day (Friday to Friday rentals)
$2200 PER WEEK, Labor Day - May 29 (Friday to Friday rentals)

$450 PER NIGHT, TWO NIGHT MINIMUM.
