seperate double basins.  The second bedroom has two twin beds with a 
hall bath near.  The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.  Our 
condo sleeps six comfortably.

Our condo has a well furnished kitchen, nice dining area and private 
balcony off the living room.  Other amenities include gas fireplace, 
washer/dryer, TV, VCR, DVD player, private garage, and two on-site 
hot tubs.  The beautiful lobby features a lounging area with luggage 
carts for loading and unloading and also a small exercise room.

The town of Frisco has a distinctive small-town character 
culminating at it's center of activity-Main Street.  Here you will 
find shopping, dining and nightlife!

The Towers at Lakepoint is just minutes away from world famous Ski 
Resorts of Copper Mountain, Keystone, Brekenridge and A-Basin.  
Vail/Beaver Creek is just 30 minutes away.  Access to a free shuttle 
bus is near by.  And only 4 miles to great factory stores!  Shop at 
GAP, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, J Crew and many more!

Cleaniing fee of $60.00 will apply.  Discounts may apply if staying 7 
nights or longer  Minimum stay requirements may apply during certain 
holiday periods.  No smoking or pets allowed in the condo.  Subject 
to Frisco City Tax.  Reservations are held once full payment is 
received.  Cancellations within 45 days of arrival subject to 
forfeiture of all monies, unless unit can be rented during that time 
frame.  Six is the maximum number of guest allowed.  Check-in is 4:00 
PM.  Check-out is 10:00 AM, unless prior arrangements have been 
made.
