Condo is steps to the sandy beach, where there are lifeguards and
sitting areas with unmbrellas. The condo has a private lanai and
faces South. There is a sitting area with cable tv/dvd, a king
size bed, with all linens provided. A galley kitchen is stocked
with refrigerator microwave and cooktop.
The vanity room include a large closet and pantry area and a
seperate toilet and shower. Laundry facilities are on premises.

The beach is just out your door and has comfortable seating with
umbrellas and the all important lifeguard on duty.
Kayaks and bicycles can be rented locally.

the area is noted for beautiful beaches, turtle and whale watching,
even treasure hunting,a sunken treasure is all over the area.
Baseball spring training, world class fishing,including surf casting
and lake and river fishing. Stick Marsh is in the area.

There is a 3day minimum and we charge $175 which includes tax of 11%
The weekly rate is $1200. and includes tax
WE ask for a 50%deposit on initial contract and payment in full a
month prior to arrival. Refunds are considered on notification of
change of plans three months prior to occupancy, but not within 1
month of occupancy
