dinning areas. Phones in all the bedrooms plus kitchen/living room 
with dial up internet. 29 inch TV w/DVD,VCR player, stero radio with 
Cd/cassette player in living room.  27 inch TV's in all bedrooms 
plus clock radios.  Master has a king size bed and french doors open 
to terrace.  Beddroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 
twin beds. Kitchen fukky equiped wit 2 dr fridge/freezer with 
ice/water dispenser on door, electric stove, microwave and 
dishwasher with service for 8.  And, of course, a washer and dryer 
in the laundry room. Under building parking for 2 vehicles and 
elevators.  On site boat slips for up to a 25 ft boat are available 
for an extra fee. Enjoy views of the pool and jacuzzi with 
backgrounf views of the intercostal from the terrace. There is a 
large George Foreman grill if you want to grill inside or on the 
terrace.  All you'll need are your clothes and tooth brush. 

Every thing you'll need is at your fingertips or a short distance 
away.

Very close to the beach and fine dinning and shopping are right up 
the street at world class European Village.  Palm Coast is midway 
between Daytona Beach (to the south) and St. Augustine (to the 
north) with all kinds of attractions.  A little further to the north 
is Jacksonville with a wonderful zoo.  Further south of daytona 
Beach is Cape Canerveral and a little over an hour away is Orlando.  
Just 15 minutes north on A1A (the coastal highway) is Marineland 
(one of Florida's oldest attractions).  Lots of great beaches, 
resturants and attractions close by make for a memory of a life time 
vacation.

Rates range between $1,000 to $1,400 per week depending upon time 
of year and lenght of stay.Monthly rates available upon request.  
Special event weeks are available for 
$1,400 per week depending upon availability.  Currently booked thru 
the end of Jan 2008 so check and see if time you want is available.
