The place is about 1300 sq. feet. Large master bed/bath. Down
comforter in the master. Each room has a mountain view and there is
a large porch with the mountain view as well. The master bed has
queen, and the two guest rooms each have a full bed (sleeps 2
comfortably). There is no pull out couch, but it is definitely big
and comfortable enough that someone can sleep on (I've slept on it
several times). The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pots,
pans, glasses, tupperware, knives, coffee pot, toaster, microwave,
etc. I used to be a chef, so I like my kitchen with everything you
would need.
I just purchased a 27" flat screen TV/DVD player that's hanging on
the wall in the living room. There's also a TV in the master bed.
The couch, lazy boy, kitchen table, pictures, bedding, and chairs
are all new as well. I do have wireless internet as well. The gas,
hot water, electricity are all on. I have 2 parking passes that I
would give to you, and you would need to leave at the condo when you
leave.
As far as distance to Beaver Creek and Vail Resorts. I'm not sure
if you've been to Beaver Creek before, but the majority of skiers
park outside the resort and take the shuttle bus up to the lifts.
To get to the shuttle area, it is about 1.5 miles to the lot. It is
about a 5 min. drive in the morning with skiers. As far as Vail.
It's about 6 miles to the exit off I-70 to Vail.
Basically this is my second home, and I enjoy having it. It's not
right on the slopes, but if you want to have a ski in condo, you're
going to pay about 3x as much for it, and most places aren't
offering just one night. I think the trade off is fair. There's a
grocery store about 1 mile away as well.
The two guest bedrooms are nice sized. 11'9" x
9'5" each with closets, etc. The maximum occupancy would be 7
adults to sleep comfortably.
