This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers sleeping accommodations for 2-8 
people. There are three queen size beds and an additional foam
sleeping pad for two additional guests. Our spacious kitchen offers
all modern stainless steel appliances with all of your kitchen
accessories to make most meals.

From the big picture living room window you will find beautiful
daytime views of Joshua Tree National Park and “city” light views of
Joshua Tree at night. Enjoy outdoor seating under the covered patio
while viewing the natural desert landscape around you full of rabbits,
roadrunners, quail, hawks, desert iguanas and more. There is also an
outdoor fire place for the cool winter evenings and a private hot tub
where you can soak while taking in the desert night sky, known to be
the best star gazing ever.

The Sunset Terrace sits on 5 acres of undisturbed Mojave desert
landscape with several ancient Joshua Trees. Full of local art for
sale and the energy of true Joshua Tree love, the Sunset Terrace is
sure to introduce you to a unique, fulfilling Joshua Tree experience.

The Sunset Terrace is a perfect desert get-away just 6 miles from 
Joshua Tree National Park, an 800,000 acre wilderness preserve shaped 
by strong winds, rain and climatic extremes. If you are feeling 
adventurous, ask us about rock climbing with a professional guide as 
the park is known for being one of the best rock climbing spots in 
the world, as well as offering an oasis of hiking trails, exploring 
and bird/animal watching. After a day in the park, you may want to 
stroll into the town of Joshua Tree (walking distance from the house) 
which offers several eateries, galleries, a health food store and 
more. 

A short 30 minute drive will bring you into Palm Springs full of 
shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Big Bear is only 1.5 hours 
away where you can enjoy a day on the lake or take a ski down the 
slopes!

$150 per night (10% discount on 3 or more nights)
