 Description  


Located on North Sandy Pond with access to Lake Ontario. House is 
only 100 paces from front door to the water. End of road is public 
boat launch area. Driveway can well accommodate vehicle and boat 
trailer plus three additional cars.

Wheelchair ramp accessible. Great fishing area for salmon and 
steelhead season, also known area for bass and pike. Peaceful 
surroundings for those just wanting to "getaway."

Typically weekly rental from Sat - Sat, but flexible for weekend 
rentals minimum 3 nights

Weekly $650, for weeks with Holidays (ie: Memorial Day, Labor Day, 
4th of July) are $725
