The condo is decorated nicely.  Has large bedroom, oversize walk-
in closet, large laundry room with oversize washer and drier, and a 
built in office area off the living room. The grounds are kept up 
great, people are very friendly, and it is a very quiet place to 
live.  Nice pool with grills for your outdoor cooking. The location 
is great: 4 miles from Isle of Palms, 1/2 mile from Town Center with 
any type restaurant or shopping you need, 10 minutes from Splash 
Island Water Park and 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.  There 
are 5 golf courses within 20 minutes of the condo.  What more could 
you ask for, Oh yes, Freedom Yatch Club at Patriots Point 15 minutes 
away.   I would recommend to anyone, you should come and enjoy this
