has a queen bed, 2 person jaccuzzi tub in bedroom and full bathroom 
with two sinks, private deck off mst bed that overlooks the 
magnificant Rocky Mountain Range.  2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 
its own sitting area with a futon that sleeps 2 small people, and is 
also complete with wet bar, fridge, tv, and private deck overlooking 
the Purcell Mountain Range.  Main level has a full kitchen complete 
with all dishes, cookwear, silverware, toaster, kettle, blender, 
soaps  etc. All appliances, fridge, gas stove, microwave, washer and 
dryer.  All you need to bring is food, clothes and beach towels. 
Livingroom has a full a size hide a bed, fireplace, and TV with 
patio doors that lead out to a wraparound deck, that has gas bar b q 
and patio table and chairs.  This condo is set up for the total home 
away from home, romance, weekend or week long holiday.  Everything 
you need including towels and complimentary coffee, tea, and hot 
chocolate are provided for you.  Cleaning is done prior to your 
arrival and after you leave.  A five minute hike puts you to the 
world famous Fairmont Hot Springs, and there are several world class 
golf courses within a 20 min drive, as well as world class skiing at 
Panorama which is 40 min drive.

Rates are from 150/night up to the end of June with a minimun 3 
night rental and 230/night from July 1 to Sept 15 with a minimun of 
5 nights.  400.00 damage deposit required and returnable within 2 
days of check out.  Full refund if cancelled prior to 30 days in 
advance.  50% of rental required to book unit, balance plus damage 
daposit required 30 days prior to check in. Payment can be made by 
email Interac or cheque.
