We rent to families with children or to groups of mature adults only 
(where everyone in the group must be over 25 years of age).  NO PROM 
GROUPS, SENIOR WEEK, OR SPRING BREAK RENTALS!!!  Total occupancy not 
to exceed eight adults or up to ten, including all children.  
A quiet, well-behaved dog will be considered for an additional 
charge of $25 per day or $150 per week for professional cleaning.  

Any combination of dates is available in the spring and fall.  Just
