sheets, and paper products.  (Or, you may use our sheets and towels, 
but they must be washed, dried, and replaced before you leave.  It's 
up to you.)
*Garage parking for 2 cars, storage area, enclosed outdoor shower
*NOTE - PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICE INCLUDED IN THE WEEKLY RENTAL

We've been busy in the off season.  Carpets have been 
steam cleaned, windows scrubbed, linens, comforters, pillows, drapes 
replaced, decks power washed, 
pots replaced,  walls and mouldings scrubbed, the entire condo 
painted, etc.  The condo is only three years old, but everything is 
new again.  Properly maintained, fully equipped.  We don't mess 
around and we don't cut corners.  We're ready for you and your 
family!

over 25 years of age).  NO PROM GROUPS, SENIOR WEEK, OR SPRING BREAK 
RENTALS!!!  NO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE AGED GROUPS!  NO EXCEPTIONS - 
PLEASE DON'T ASK!  We don't take chances with our property or with 
our renters.  Total occupancy not to exceed ten including all 
children.  A quiet, well-behaved dog will be considered for an 
additional charge for professional cleaning.
