perfect for watching sunsets and dolphins.  The two additional 
bedrooms are equipped with daybeds that are twins that pop up into 
king sized surfaces. The extra attention to detail is second to

The home has comfy beds and quality linens, guaranteed to make your 
vacation as homelike as possible.  Additional amenities include a 
full sized washer/dryer in the unit, a full equipped kitchen, 
telephones, high speed internet, three TV's with VCR and DVD 
players,entry to the building is through secured coded gates, with 
two parking spaces in the underground parking garage.  

Our Place On The Beach is centrall located in San Diego, less than 
10 minutes from downtown, the airport, the convention center, the 
San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter, Seaport Village and Sea 
World.

Winter rates:  October 1 - May 15
$390 per night, 3 night minimum, $1995 per week

June rates:  June 1 - June 30
Saturday to Saturday only $2865 per week

Summer rates:  July 1 - August 31
Saturday to Saturday only $3495 per week

September rates:  September 1 - September 30
$390 per night, 3 night minimum, $2480 per week

Holiday rates:  $595 per night minimum 3 nights
