THE SPRINGS backs to Torres Blancas golf course, 
with a private, mile long walking trail that faces the Santa Rita

are available for your use regardless of your rental home location. 
The fee for GVR is only $50 per month per unit. Everything you will 
need for a comfortable stay in included in the 
rental. The home is furnished with linens, tv with cable, complete 
kitchen, washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and 
a very comfortable queen is in the second bedroom . When the nights 
are chilly a fireplace is available in the livingroom and a patio 
with bbq invites you to linger at brunch or dinner

There are over a dozen golf courses in the area, and world renown 
courses a short distance away in Tucson. 
There is shopping in Tucson, the art colony of Tubac,
or border shop for bargains in Nogales, Mexico.  
There are many places for site seeing, biking and hiking.
There is birding in nearby Ramsey and Madera Canyon
Visit the Sonoran Desert Museum, Old Tucson studios, San Xavier 
Mission, Titan II Missile Museum, Tombstone, Madera Canyon, and 
Tubac.
It is a one-day drive to the Grand Canyon, Southern California or 
Mexico’s ocean beaches.  
Concerts, dining and gaming at Desert Diamond Casino (8 miles).
Great winter and year round retreat for 55+ active adults.

January, February, March, November, December $2600/month $700/weekly 
April thru October $450/weekly $1800/month.  This is located 
in a community for those who are 55 or older. At least one tennant
