After a day of activities come back, relax, take in the spectacular 
view and enjoy the warming afternoon sun on the deck, (Seating for 
16!) or create your own après ski party in the fully-equipped game 
room with a new Brunswick pool table, board games, dart board,

For a summer retreat, The Mountainview Trailhouse lives up to its 
name being less than a mile from the trailhead of the infamous Long 
Trail. Or if you prefer, The Appalachian Trail is not far either. 
Special rates for hikers! If you would like the refrigerator 
stocked, let us know. You can also cool off at the local swimming 
hole, complete with rope swing, only a short five-minute drive from 
the house! Or take a 20-minute trip into Newport to Lake 
Memphremagog for sailing, jet skiing, boating, or relaxing.

For autumn, there is no better place to book your trip. Perfect for 
leaf peepers or your private romantic getaway. There are endless 
miles of scenic drives in NEK. Although you will find you do not 
need to go far. We have covered bridges, beautiful country 
landscapes, and rustic barns all within a five-minute drive. It is 
truly one of the last untouched gems in Vermont. The Jay Peak area 
is full of activities and beautiful scenery in every season.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel, for any reason, we 
require a minimum of 14 days notice (prior to your arrival) in order 
to refund a deposit. This policy applies to departure date also. 
Deposits are refunded less 30%. Please call our toll free number 
below if you have any questions.

Deposit policy: A deposit of 50% will reserve your dates. For any 
reservation made 15 days or less prior to stay, the full amount is
