Close By but a World Away! We are just a 3 to 4 hour drive from 
Dallas/Fort worth, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Little Rock and Shreveport.

There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the sights and sounds 
of nature while enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink on the 
porch. Deer, wild turkey and roadrunners are common sights, as is 
the usual assortment of smaller forest animals and bird life.

The Rainmaker is conveniently located off of Route 259A, just two 
miles from the entrance to the state park and a ten minute drive to 
Broken Bow Lake. This is the perfect vacation destination for 
weekend getaways, summer vacations and family fun!

The Rainmaker sits on more than 2 wooded acres and sleeps 7.  There 
are 2 master suites, each with King size beds, sitting area and full 
bathroom.  There is also an  inflatable Queen size mattress and a 
pull-out twin size sofa-bed.  There is a TV with Directv and a DVD 
player in the main room. We've got board games and playing cards, 
too. The kitchen has all of the cooking implements and a coffee 
maker.  The Rainmaker cabin also has a 4 person hot tub, wrap around 
porch, cozy fireplace and outdoor chimenea.

Beavers Bend State Park, Hochatown State Park, and Cedar Creek Golf 
Course to name a few. This area is the home of great parks 
and lakes like Beavers Bend Park, Broken Bow Lake, and Pine Creek 
Lake, plus scenic rivers like the Mountain Fork and Glover Rivers 
as well as thousands of acres of National Forest Land. The crystal 
clear water of the lake and river, as well as the 100 foot pine 
trees, makes us the perfect location for your next vacation getaway.

This scenic area known for its luscious green forests and abundance 
of clear water provides a fun filled environment for many popular 
outdoor activities such as canoeing, boating, hiking, bird watching, 
golfing, scuba diving, hunting, mountain biking, camping, horseback 
riding, four wheeling, and all types of fishing. Whether you're 
fishing for trout in streams that are stocked year round or canoing 
the rapids of the Lower Mountain Fork, there is an outdoor activity 
suited for all ages and seasons.

Rates:  Weekdays are $225/night or $250/night for weekends...there 
is a 2 night minimum stay.  No problem here, because you won't want 
to leave this peaceful hideaway!

A deposit of one night's stay is required upon reservation.
