crowded Upper Herring Lake with 140' of private water frontage. The 
home sits on 2.5 acres on a quite, peaceful country road surrounded 
by a perfect blend of rolling hills, woodlands, orchards and 
vineyards. This 2100 sq. ft. Weekend Getaway in Northern Michigan is 
in a word, FUN! 


You will be just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, Frankfort and 
near many of Northern Michigan's premier vacation spots such as The 
Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City. 


As an extra bonus we will include the use a Pontoon boat free of

minimum)

May 23, 2009 - June 6, 2009 = $1600/week

June 6, 2009 - June 20, 2009 = $2250/week

June 20, 2009 - August 22, 2009 = $2900/week

August 22, 2009 - September 12, 2009 = $2250/week

September 12, 2009 - September 19, 2009 = $1600/week

September 19, 2009 - May 22, 2010 = $1600/week or $240/night (2 night
minimum)
*There is a minimum rental of 4 days anytime the pontoon is 
available (typically mid-May through Mid-October) due to the extra 
work of getting the boat ready for you.  If there is a 2 day gap 
between rentals during this time, the rate is $550, 1 day rate would 
be $450.
