This fantastic almost SKI-IN SKI-OUT Snowflower Condo is located at 
the base of the ski area only 50 yards from the Gondola/base of the 
Ski area. It features a Private Balcony with SKI AREA VIEWS and GARAGE 
Parking. This Condo is known for it's location!! If you don't have a 
car... no problem! The condo is conveniently located on the FREE bus 
line and is also walking distance to Ski Rentals, Mountain Bike 
rentals, Shopping, Night Life, Restaurants, a Gourmet Market, Liquor 
Store and more. This condo also includes High Speed Wireless Internet. 
If you don't want to bring your laptop then feel free to use the 
computer located in the lobby. Sorry, NO PETS allowed and NO SMOKING 
indoors.

Condo comfortably sleeps two adults on a Murphy bed and two children 
on a pull out queen size sofa sleeper. Beds are outfitted with down 
comforters & high thread count Sateen sheets. No extra cost for 
children. Small kitchen is perfect for cooking and all kitchen 
appliances and utensils are included. Located on the property is a 
large hot tub and heated pool. Tennis courts are also located on site 
but are only open during the spring and summer months.

This Condo comes with a complimentary pass to Peak Fitness Center. 
Voted by the locals, "The Best Place To Work Out!" Personal Training, 
Tanning and UV Free Mystic Tanning are also available for an 
additional fee. If you don't want to drive, the free bus will take you 
to and from the gym. Sorry, no kids under 14yrs old allowed. 

I can help you book a Massage, Babysitter or Transportation. I can 
also do all your Grocery shopping for an addtional fee. Please call or 
email at least 24 hours in advance to book any additional services.) 
Policies:
25% of the total reservation is due 10 days after booking. Final 
payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For holiday reservations the 
final deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival. All deposits are 
non-refundable. Minimum night stay requirements vary during the year. 
Summer monthly rental rates are available upon request.
