Located 6 miles east of Estes Park on US Highway 34, Trout Cabin is 
located on the Big Thompson River, but still off the highway. 

Queen-size bed and a comfy double futon. Non-smoking.

The bathroom has a large shower, the living room has satellite TV 
and a Franklin stove fireplace. The full-size kitchen includes a 
refrigerator with freezer, four burner electric range with oven, 
microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, basic spices, 
cookware, and tableware. The yard includes a charcoal grill, lounge 
chairs, and picnic table. There is a propane heater in the great 
room and a heater in the bathroom. 

Microwave, coffee maker, stove with oven, full-size refrigerator, 
telephone, cable television, charcoal grill, fireplace.

Also: bed linens and towels, soap, shampoo, lawn furniture, pots & pans, 
dishes etc., basic spices.

Sitting on the banks of the Big Thompson River but not right on the 
highway like some are. World-class fly fishing available by separate 
reservation. Near Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking, Estes 
Park and Loveland factory outlets for shopping. Surrounded by 
Roosevelt National Forest for local hikes.

NO MIMINUM STAY!! 

$80 a night, $550 per week.

Fishing costs extra - $30 per day per person, and you need to 
reserve ahead of time plus have a current Colorado fishing license.

Family discounts available if combined with Brown Palace rental.

If you've never been here before and it is a busy time, we might ask 
you for 50% deposit to hold your reservation. You can make this 
through Pay Pal. But most of the time as long as you really mean to 
show up, we waive the deposit. 

 
All rentals are charged the applicable State and Local sales taxes
(3.7%).

Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. Cleaning 
supplies are provided for your convenience.
