Spacious and well appointed, this newer home is located on a quiet

including a great room with a sitting area, formal dining area, 
kitchen and breakfast areas. In addition it has a separate den with 
its own TV. 

The master bedroom has a six foot king size bed with its own master 
bathroom whch includes a corner bath, separate walk in shower and 
large walk in wadrobe. The second bedroom has a six foot king bed 
and the third two single beds. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom 
with a walk in shower. All bedrooms have their own TV's.

There is a private mesh screened area at the rear with a 28' foot 
electrically heated pool. Facing south for all day sun, it has an 
outside hot and cold shower, plenty of pool furniture and a gas 
grill (barbeque). Although full size (28'), the pool is a maximum of 
five feet deep giving the floor a more gentle slope
