We are offering our brand new deluxe studio condominium for rent at 
the Lodge at Mountaineer Square. The unit is walking distance to the 
ski lifts, has great mountain ambiance and is lovingly furnished. 
The bedding and artwork is that of a 4 star hotel. The amenities at 
the property include, daily maid service, ski valet services, room 
service (beginning Dec 14th) , an Adventure center (to plan seasonal 
outdoor activities), retail shops, swimming pool, fitness center, 
restaurants and the ability to purchase lift tickets on site. The 
Lodge at Mountaineer Square provides complimentary local shuttle 
service in their seven passenger Yukon guest shuttle. The Town of 
Mt. Crested Butte also offers a convenient, complimentary bus 
shuttle to town and runs every 20 minutes; departing right outside 
the property at the Courtyard level. You really do not need a car 
when you visit Crested Butte!!

The base of Mt Crested Butte is being completely rebuilt. The Lodge 
at Mountaineer Square is the first property to be finished in the 
new development. The view from our condo is of the courtyard below. 
The balcony offers a great place to relax and people watch. If you 
are traveling with children or a group, there is a sitting area 
right outside our condo that is great for hanging out and playing a 
board game. 

The town of Crested Butte is a National Historic District. Most of 
the buildings date from the 1800s, and the town is surrounded by 
spectacular mountain scenery and is a recreational paradise. Crested 
Butte also boasts music festivals, great restaurants, art galleries 
and shops. 

Crested Butte Mountain Resort is bringing back their popular early 
season free ski in 2007! Ski Free November 25 through December 15th.
