which has Loft area with King Mattress, Kitchen, Living/Dining area
and 2pc Bathroom. There is a B.B.Q and seating area on upper level
wrap around deck. Lower level has 1 Single room, a Bunk room and a
King room. All beds are longer and larger than conventional beds as
they are built into the property. There is also a Mudroom, Sauna and
a4pc Bathroom.

We have HD Satalite T.V., and High Speed Wireless Internet. The
property is on a half acre lot in a quite area. There is B.B.Q and
seating for eight to dine on the upper deck, there is a lower deck
at the back of the property.There is a Sauna and we are in the
process of installing a Hot Tub on the lower back deck.There is a
gas fireplace on the upper level, and hardwood flooring throughout
the property.

Attractions |
|
Blue Mountain Village and Resort are directly below us,we are also
close to many of the private Ski Clubs, we are central for many
great Golf Courses including Montana and Raven where this years
Telus Skins was played. We have both sand and shale beaches with no
more than a 20min drive to access for swimming, sunbathing, boating
or any other water sports and activities.
There are an abundance of great dining facilities and shopping for
everything from groceries to diamonds.
There are a number of Bars which offer entertainment and a few night
Clubs, for the night owls among you.
We have a 7 screen Cinema 10minutes from the hill.
At New Years there is a torchlit Ski Down from the end of the street
which can also be viewed from the base of the hill at the Toronto
Ski Club.

|
Rates vary according to the season.
Off season we charge $900 for a weekend-$1300 for a week.
Summer- $1100 weekend, $1500 week
Ski season-$1200 weekend, $2000 week
Christmas- $3000
New Years- $4000

We are open to offers from anyone in any location. We would love to
swap with home owners in Greece, Spain or Italy but any area would
be considered.
