Sympatico is a historic home circa 1870. The huge waterfront screen 
porch is approximately 8 feet wide and 110 feet long. It encircles 
the home creating a wonderful outside living quarters. The porch is 
furnished with wicker and wooden rockers,park benches, arm chairs 
and several tables and chairs for sitting and dining. It has a 
180 degree view of the water, see the beautiful flowering crape 
myrtles dotting the property. The home sits on a rise above water 
level and looks out for 3 miles across the bay in front of the home. 
It is a great place for sitting and watching the world go by. 
Sailboats, barges, waterskiers, kayakers, and tugs all cruise past 
at viewing distance. kayaks can be launched at the property. Herons, 
Ospreys, ducks and geese happen by as fish jump out of the water 
creating a gentle clunk re-entering the bay. Fly fisherman regularly 
fish the wasters along our shore.Kayak off of our 290 foot 
shoreline. A free boat launch is about one mile/five minutes away, a 
small public park is approximately 800 feet away. You may fish at 
the park without a MD fishing license. There is a public beach, 
picnic tables under a canopy and a fishing pier there. 

The home is an expansive two bedroom farmhouse with a waterview out 
of most windows.. The masterbedroom, with full waterview, has a king 
size bed.The second bedroom has a twin bed. The home is furnished 
with comfortable simple furnishings, for a country stay reminescent 
of earlier times.Staying at Sympatico is not a slick condo 
experience it is immersion in a rural country cottage home and 
setting.

Bedroom 1-Kingsize brass bed with quilts-triple dresser-waterview 
from the windows- waterfront location- hear the waves by keeping the 
windows open
Bedroom 2- twin bed ,nightstand, shelving unit for clothing etc.
Kitchen- huge bright country kitchen, lightly furnished with a table 
and chairs, and a work island. The kichen is stocked with pots, 
silverware, dishes, cups and glasses.Simple cooking tools, coffee 
maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove.
There is a washer and dryer, but ocassionally the water can leave 
orange stains from iron in the water-this cannot be forseen
Bathroom 1 upstairs-vanity with large mirror, toilet, tub/shower
There is plenty of room in the home for more guests who bring their 
own sleeping accommodations. Groups of more than six persons can 
not be accommodated.
The house has a selection of games, books and puzzles for 
entertainment.
Read outside on the chaise lounge on the porch. 
There is a remote control TV in the livingroom, that has anywhere 
from 3 to 9 channels depending on the weatherconditions.
There is parking for multiple cars.
There is a fishing dock at the end of the street a couple ofhudred 
feet down the street.
The nearby park hosts transient boats if you want to bring a boat. 
There are several free boat launches in the area.
