over an acre of beautiful, forested property.  Comfortably 
sleeps ten with 4 bedrooms (2 with queen sized beds, 1 with 
double sized bed, 1 with 2 single sized beds) and a double sized 
pull out sofabed. Two bathrooms include one 3 piece and one 4 
piece.   The waterfront boasts fantastic swimming and fishing 
with a floating dock, fixed deck on shore and gazebo. Included is 
the use of a canoe, kayak and pedal boat.  The games room 
features a pool table, ping pong, fooseball and board games with a 
cedar sauna down the hall. Enjoy entertaining or relaxing on 
the wrap-around deck in the true peace and serenity of 
Ontario's near north.  The spacious main living areas all bask in 
the sunny southwestern exposure.  Forced air oil furnace for the 
cooler months and wood stove in living room.  Ample parking for 
several cars in the driveway. Housekeeping service upon your 
departure.

Kitchen: includes refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, 
toaster, coffee maker, griddle, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, 
cutlery, outdoor BBQ.  

Electronics, other conveniences: includes satellite TV, DVD, 
VCR, CD player, stereo and telephone.  Please note long distance 
telephone charges are guests responsibility as well as any purchased 
movies etc. from the satellite tv. Internet available upon request 
for a fee.

Linens: includes blankets and comforters.  Sheets, pillows, 
towels, tea towels, dish cloths can be provided for an additional 
fee or you are welcome to bring your own.

Watercraft: includes canoe, kayak, pedal boat and life 
jackets.

Outdoors: 500 sq ft wraparound deck with picnic table, 2 
muskoka chairs at the water, patio chairs, fire pit (burning April 
1 - Oct 31 only)

Nearby Parry Sound offers department stores, grocery stores, a small 
theatre, a new live performance theatre, boat cruises, scenic float 
plane flights.  Other area activities include ATV adventure 
companies, various paddling excursions, boat rentals, snowmobiling, 
cross country skiing, golf, spa services, fishing, ice fishing, 
hiking, snowshoeing, tobogganing, skating, water sports, art 
galleries, dog 
sledding.
