acres. Trees, rock, pond and river make up this enchanting private
setting. The beautiful Miskwaaziibi River flows at the back of the
property providing a peaceful setting for those who like to swim or
canoe. The property also sports a small stocked pond that freezes over
in the winter to provide an ideal setting for ice skating! A fire pit
situated by the water offers the warmth of a campfire on a cool night;
while the large rocks by the river, provide a quiet place to contemplate.
Moondanse is a rambling four bedroom log sided home with a green metal
roof. The main floor is open concept with vaulted pine ceilings, a
combined living room/dining room and a well appointed kitchen, master
bedroom, second room is a small den and a full bath. A beautiful
rustic log deck wraps around this floor offering a place to relax and
enjoy the views or to barbeque and entertain. The home's many windows
provide a stunning view and ample sunlight, together with a cozy
fireplace and a walk out deck makes it difficult to leave!
The lower floor offers a large family room, three bedrooms, laundry
room and bathroom. Large patio doors allow you to walk out to the back
garden or allow you to enjoy the scenic view of the river.

dining and sightseeing - something to engage every member of the
family.There are many small towns within a short driving distance that
are fun to explore. There is a large Native Reserve nearby with an
excellent gift shop and art gallery. There are many artisans and art
galleries in the nearby area, fine dining and many local festivals
throughout the year.

Rates |
|
High Season Rates (May 15 - October 15) $1400 per week
Low Season Rates - $1100
All rates are in Canadian dollars. All renters must complete a rental
contract and provide a $500 refundable security deposit.
Limitations of Liability
The Renter agrees to use the cottage and its facilities in accordance
with the terms and conditions of the booking agreement and the
household rules. The Renter does this at their own risk and indemnify
the Owners harmless from any personal injury, sickness or death,
however caused, to person or property of the Renter and his/her
family and guests, during or after the time of occupancy. Further, The
Renter accepts full responsibility of the use of the cottage and any
recreational equipment and agrees to pay for any repairs or
replacement of said cottage and equipment, other than for normal wear
and tear.
Payment
Bookings shall be confirmed in writing by the Owner on approval of
application and on receipt of cheques covering the full amount of the
rental, and the security deposit. The balance shall be due and
payable 30 days prior to the first day of the rental period. If the
Renter books the cottage and the application is approved and there is
less than 30 days before the commencement of the vacation, the total
payment is due and can be paid by money order or cheque, (cheques must
be certified if less than 2 weeks prior to start date of rental
period), and only upon receipt of same will confirmation of rental be
confirmed)
All NSF cheques will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee.
Changes In Dates
Requests by the Renter for alternative dates will be provided only if
the original accommodation can be re- booked, and there will be an
additional administrative charge of $30 per change.
Cancellation
Any cancellation made by the Renter must be in writing to the Owner.
On receipt of cancellation the Owner will endeavor to re-book the
accommodation for the entire period of the cancelled booking. If the
Owner is successful in re-booking the accommodation for the entire
period, s/he shall refund to the Renter all monies paid less a
cancellation fee of $50 per cancelled week or part thereof. If the
Owner is successful in re-booking only a portion of the cancelled
period, he/she shall refund the monies paid relating to the period
re-booked, less a cancellation fee of $50 per week or part thereof
cancelled. If the Owner is unable to re-book the accommodation for
any part of the vacation period at all, then all monies paid by the
Renter to the Owner shall be forfeited to the Owner.
