becoming quite Popular since we first listed just a few months ago!

most desirable Bel Air addresses in the hills.  You are "perfectly" 
situated between fun in the downtown Palm Springs areas and casinos---
and all the terrific shopping and golfing in the five cities area 
(Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, and Rancho Mirage).

You will have three bedrooms and two bathroom which is perfect for 
your family or small group getaways with friends.  You will have top 
of the line furnishings, kitchens and bathrooms which will make feel 
pampered and comfortable. There is enough room to relax and/or 
entertain. Although completely secluded and private you will also 
have modern amenities to keep you connected back home or the 
surrounding area like cable TV and internet access.  

The pool is big enough to do laps or just lounge on an air mattress 
in a completely private backyard location.

Each of the upscale bedrooms have luxuriously appointed king-sized

has an in-suite bathroom with double sink, private bathroom and walk-
in tile shower.  The third bedroom is on the opposite side of the 
house and offers complete privacy and a separate entrance.  

An epicurean’s all stainless, porcelain and granite kitchen offers 
plenty of space luxury and amenities for the most pampered of 
gourmets.  Privacy is a hallmark of this home’s grounds and kidney-
shaped pool area.  The living room overlooks the patio leading to the 
classic kidney shaped pool.
 
Nestled high in the Cove you are only a few yards from the adjacent 
Big Horn Reserve.  Hiking trails are just a short walk away!  Truly 
private and secluded and close to everything.  A nature lover’s

Your well behave dogs and cats are welcome but require a refundable 
deposit. 

A delightful Seattle couple loved the Place in February away from the 
dreary cold back home. Also in February, another couple from Portland 
shot down for a week to stay in the serene Hills.  Arter them, a 
local hollywood screenwriter secreted himself away from the hustle 
and bustle and loved the privacy and quiet surrounds the desert 
offers.  March still looks good with one week gone to another 
vacationing couple escaping the cold from the North.  Our annual 
golfing group from Memphis has already booked for April!  36 rounds a 
day!!

Rates are:  $150 night, $800 wk, $2600 mo. and prices are negotiable 
for longer stays.  There is a Minimum 3 day stay.  We normally allow 
guests to stay 8 days for week stays etc... (for example, Fri to 
Fri,with no set checkout time, if the home is not booked for another 
guest.  

There is a refundable $75.00 key deposit and a refundable $75.00 
cleaning fee.  If the home is clean and neat and a service does not 
need to be brought in to clean the floors, carpets, refrigerator, 
trash, sheets, etc..., the cleaning deposit will be returned.
