resorts (shuttle runs to and from the mountain every 20 minutes in 
front of the condo). World class fishing, rafting, hiking, golf, 
horseback riding. Yellowstone National Park nearby. Beautiful area 
summer and winter, with lots of outdoor activities to do. Kids 
welcome. Village is very close (5 minute walk), with shops, 
restaurants, church, and weekly music festivals in the summer. Big 
Sky is a very beautiful area, with mountains, rivers and lakes all 
nearby. 

Nice 3 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms (upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds 
and a pull out sofa sleeper, downstairs bedrooms have queen beds). 
Great views, balcony off the living area and bedroom. Fully 
furnished, washer/dryer, wood burning fire place. Great location near 
town center, only a few miles from ski resorts. Kids welcome. 

2 wonderful ski resorts nearby, snowmobiling, Yellowstone National 
Park, Golf, Hiking, Fishing, Rafting, Shops, Restaurants, etc. Lots 
of outdoor activities year round. Bozeman, Mt. is about 45 minutes 
away, with all the amenities of a college town.  

We are open to exchange or rental. 3 night minimum, $120.00 usd per 
night, $750 per week, $2500 per month. We ask for a credit card 
number as a security deposit ($100 down when making the reservation). 
Full refunds available if canceled within 3 days before arrival. 

We are open to home exchanges. We are professionals in our 40's & 
50's, with 2 very well behaved teens, looking to go just about 
everywhere. We have no pets, and the exchange does not have to be 
simultaneous. We would love to travel Europe with our children from 
March 2008 through June 2008, and am open to various countries.
