This lovely home features a master suite and bath. The suite 
includes a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, a large sitdown shower 
and a soaking tub.  There are two additional bedrooms.  One bedroom 
has a queen-size bed and the other has a queen-size futon and a full-
size bed.  In addition, there is a loft area that sleeps three 
comfortably with twin-size beds.  There is a total of 3 full size

room area. A wrap-around deck offers year round enjoyment. This home 
is beautiful as well as functional, ensuring a comfortable stay.

This home is located in the Spring Mountain Ranch area, and 
encompasses 9 holes of the McCall golf course..  The homeowners 
clubhouse is available to the renters and features an exercise room, 
sauna and a year-round hot tub.  In the summer months renters can 
take advantage of the swimming pool and tennis courts.  Amenities to 
the home itself which were not mentioned in  the detailed 
description include internet access, vcr/dvd player, fireplace and a 
gas grill.

The rental fee is $300 per night with a 2 night minimum stay.  There 
is a $75 cleaning fee per rental period.  Credit card information is 
used for a deposit. A cancellation fee of $300 is charged if the 
reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the rental date.  There 
is an exception to this, which involves rentals over a holiday 
period.  If a cancellation of the holiday rental occurs within 30 
days of the rental date, the full rental charge will apply. 

Check-in time is 3:00 PM on the 1st day of the rental and check-out 
time is 11:00 AM on the last day of the rental.
