This home was designed by Charles Bulfinch and built in 1860.It is 
located on the coastal road between Rockport and Annasquam Ma. There 
are water views from every room.The Bulfinch House has maintained 
it's charm in serving as a traditional B&B for several of the past 
few years. The first floor bedroom suite has a queen bed and 
seperate sitting room and acess to the front porch. There are two 
bedrooms on the second floor.All bedrooms have private baths.There 
are two outside sitting areas in addition to the front porch.  

The Bulfinch House has fully equiped eat in kitchen with electric 
stove/oven,microwave,full fridge with bottom 
freezer/icemaker,washer/dryer and gas grill for your use. Linens are 
supplied and housekeeping services are available upon request.all 
rooms have A/C and cable TV. There is ample parking. 

Rockport is a perfect destination spot situated at the tip of Cape 
Ann,you can be in the North End of Boston in just one hour by train 
or car.The Antique shops of Essex and Ipswhich are a short drive 
thru the much painted salt marches of the north shore.Historic Salem 
is 25 minutes away and Maine and NH are easy day trips from the 
Bulfinch House. Rockport itself is a picturesque seaside village 
filled with art galleries,specialty gift shops and great seafood 
reataurants...all with water views everywhere you turn.There are 
beautiful beaches and the spectacular Halibut Point State Park. This 
area is great for hiking,biking,bird and whale 
watching,kayaking,sailing, scuba or just relaxing.  Painters and 
photographers have always been attracted to the incredable 
seascpes,rock formations and light of Cape Ann.

We would consider home exchange for properties in Italy,France, 
England or the Miami/Dade area of Florida. Does not have to be 
simultaneous. We would prefer our travel to be Nov.- April.
