The Hamakua Hideaway Cliff House is a very private cottage that sits
on a cliff overlooking Waipio Valley. It is very secluded and
romantic. You hear only the sounds of the 50 foot waterfall, the birds
and the bamboo, rustling in the gentle tradewind breezes. You are
surrounded by flower gardens, bamboo forest and the ocean with jutting
mountain cliffs and Maui beyond. It is a very peaceful setting.

The oceanfront bungalow is cozy with a full kitchen, king-size bed,
fireplace and a jacuzzi bath tub in a screened lanai, overlooking the
awesome view. There is an upstairs loft with an extra bed that can be
made upon request. Free DSL highspeed internet connection is available
in the cabin.

Waipio Valley is a hikers heaven. You can start out walking from the
bungalow.
Honokaa, a 10-15 minute drive, has a grocery and health food store,
and a local meat market. There are lots of tourist shops and some
great antique stores.
Waimea, a 30 minute drive, has Parker Square, Saturday Farmers Market
and high-end restaurants.

A 50% deposit is required to hold all reservations, with the balance
due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Deposits are refundable (minus $25) up to 60 days prior to arrival.
