Sun Room has a dining table and wicker furniture so that you can have 
dinner while taking in the beautiful views. The Game Room is well 
equipped with a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Poker Table, Darts, 
Playstation I & II with Games, 32 inch TV both on the First and 
Second floors, there is also a Service bar area in the Game Room with 
refrigerator, blender, and barware as well. The First floor Game room 
has a Propane fireplace and the second floor Fireplace is wood 
burning. Bring your Laptop and work from the house with Internet 
Access. This house is located on a very large, Wooded, Lakefront lot 
and includes a Lakeside Picnic area and Fire Pit for nighttime 
"Smores Roast". Also included in the rental is a Fishing Boat and a 
Peddle Boat for sightseeing. The main living area has a fully-
equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room with 32 
inch Digital TV, all new modern furnishings, and Fireplace. Our new 
Central Air Conditioning assures you that even on the hottest summer 
day, all of your creature comforts are met. Awake refreshed after a 
good nights sleep on our Simmon's Pillow Top Mattresses and brew a 
fresh cup of coffee and sit out on the Sun Porch and take in the true 
beauty of the "True Lakefront Experience". See as many as 20 deer 
grazing through the property, on of our younger guests have named the 
littlest deer "LuLu" and you will see comments in our guestbook on 
her. The Lake is 110 Acres and stocked with all species of Freshwater 
fish, Large Mouth Bass, Chain Pickerel, Carp and Catfish just to 
mention a few. The Emerald Lakes Community has an Indoor Pool with 
Sauna, and Outdoor Pool, Beach area, Playground, Tennis Courts, and 
also a Restaurant and Lounge. We are located just 10 to 15 minutes to 
Camelback/Camelbeach Ski and Water park and the Crossing's Shopping 
Outlets.
