This charming expanded cape is located only three houses to the bay 
and twelve houses to the ocean.  The house has two separate units, 
upstairs and down. Both have a master bedroom with a queen bed, a 
second bedroom with two twin beds and a third room with two twin 
beds.  The downstairs also has a twin cot and full futon.  Gas grills 
and an outside shower are located in the lush backyard.  The house 
has been newly decorated and landscaped.  Pillows, blankets and beach 
badges are provided.  Please bring your own sheets and towels.  The 
kitchens are fully equiped.  Each unit has plenty of window unit air 
conditioners.  In season rate for upstairs is $1450 (sleeps 6) and 
downstairs is $1700 (sleeps 8).  Current pictures of all of the rooms 
are available upon request.  Available for weekly rentals Sunday-
Sunday.
