Sunny new cottage built in a beautiful family resort just minutes
from the beach, shops and restaurants. For sleeping, the master
bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed.
There is also a queen pull out sofa in the livingroom. The sunroom
is a great extra gathering room/ dining room, and can be closed off
for privacy. There are two new cable TV's with DVD players, a
washer/dryer, local phone, A/C, and fully applianced kitchen stocked
w/ dishes and cookware. The kids can take the Summer Village
trolley around the mile long resort to enjoy all there is to offer
here. Our cottage is in the very front of the resort, nearest two
pools, the jacuzzi, and the lovely three story restored barn that
houses the gym, game room, computer room and lobby.
We take wonderful care of our cottage and request that our renters
also respect it. We do not allow smoking, pets or groups of
children left unattended for periods of time. The cottage is
designed for small families, and has a two car parking
allowance.
