Rates |

The overnight, weekly, and monthly rentals are available and do
include use of the pool and boat ramp. Please contact for price on
overnight mooring and Golf packages. Half of rental fee is due when
making the reservation with the other half due upon arrival. A
$150.00 deposit will be charged. This deposit will be fully refunded
if the there are no damages or excessive cleaning is not required.
If any of the deposit is not returned reasons will be fully
explained. Cancellations can be made 6 weeks prior to arrival date
at no charge.
