The house is Approx. 110 years old, with stained and cut glass
windows. It's located in historic Wallace Woods, just 2 miles south
of Cincinnati (so technically it's in Kentucky). The master bedroom
is HUGE with a beautiful view of the other historic homes on the
street. The kitchen is brand new with an electric oven, gas range,
movable island, wine chiller, and pantry. There are front and back
covered porches for evening cocktails or morning coffee. We
regularly walk to downtown and "The Levee" (Cincinnati's new
shopping and dining hotspot). There are 2 gathering rooms as well
as a formal dining room, and a bath on each floor with large tubs
and multiple showerheads for a true spalike (is that a word?) feel
