Our one bedroom, one bath, second floor condo has a magnificent and 
panoramic ocean view. One of the few places in Ma'alaea, where you 
can hear the sound of the waves as you sit on the lanai. You will 
have a hard time moving from the lounge chair on the lanai, to 
discover the Island's many gems. 

We have covered, assigned parking and there is an elevator and carts 
in the building to help you move your luggage and groceries to and 
from the condo with ease.

Our location is so central to everything, you may want to do on your 
visit to Maui. After your day's sightseeing, you can come back to a 
swim in the pool, barbeque on the outside grills or eat at the 5-
star restaurant, The Waterfront, right in our building!

At the end of our dead-end road, you will find a 4-mile white sandy 
beach that is the longest beach on Maui. Since it is only accessible 
from our road, you will find it all to yourself many days. The beach 
adjoins a bird sanctuary and you will be treated to all kinds of 
rare birds unique to Hawaii. We also have a small sandy beach right 
in front of the condo.

The kitchen has brand new cabinets and is fully equipped. The 
bathroom is clean and comfortable, and has ample linens.

The bedroom has plantation shutters and a ceiling fan to keep you 
cool. The comfortable bed will help you get a good night sleep, 
after your day of exploration.
