Beautiful home #4 right on the waterfront of the main lake at Lake 
Cypress Springs.  It has a fireplace and a very large deck to enjoy 
the view. It is located just a few feet from the water edge and the 
large common dock is located right in front of our lake house. You 
can fish, watch the boats, ski, tie your boat up to the ends  of the 
dock or just enjoy the scenery. There are 2 park benches where you 
can sit and watch or fish right from the the dock.Our lake house has 
a large  deck w/table & 6 chrs., grill & chaise. It has 2 bedrooms, 
2 baths, den/kitchen.  Master bedroom has 1 king bed, chest and 
attached bathroom.  Upstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed, chest and 
bathroom in hall. The Den has a queen size sleeper sofa. The 
bedrooms and den have ceiling fans and the den/kitchen has TV, DVD, 
VCR, Satellite, dishes, silverware, pans refrigerator, stove, coffee 
maker, toaster, can opener & microwave and fireplace. You will 
needto bring SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, TOWELS,ANDPERSONAL ITEMS SUCH AS 
SOAP, SHAMPOO, ETC. 
Cypress Springsis an excellent fishing lake, a great bass lake and 
great for skiing or boating. You will have a fantastic time and we 
hope you will come again soon!!

The deck is large and has a table with chairs, a chaise and a BBQ 
grill. It is very peaceful.  You can read a book, rest, enjoy the 
birds, the water, the many trees, fish or you can explore the 
approx. 6 acres of common grounds.      
 
   
 

Winnsboro (approx. 13 mi) has a coffee house and a winery with live
entertainment. They also have wonderful dining, shopping and even a 
day spa.
