Winter Rates Start in October!!The houses  are fully furnished EXCEPT 
for linens and towels,soap 
paper products (blankets and pillows are there. They are 
equiped with a BBQ grill.  They have large decks with table and 
chairs. #12 has a boat dock with 
sun deck above.  #11 has its own boat slip.

You will love the shaded suroundings and the area of Lake Cypress 
Springs. We are a gated community with quiet streets and plenty of 
area to walk around and enjoy nature.  You are free to stroll the 
grounds.

Both houses have Satelite TV.


The houses contain the following bed configuration.
#11  1Q bed, 2 Dbl beds and a D sofa. 
#12  1 K bed, 6 twins, and a Q sofa 

There is a limit of 4 ADULTS and 4 CHILDREN! No visitors coming down 
for a day or hour or so.
                                                              
 
                                          

The fishing is excellent and there is great skiing. 

Or you can swim in the lake.

The local towns offer winery's and coffee houses with live 
entertainment on the weekend. You will also enjoy the dinning, 
shopping  (antiques) 
and a wonderful day spa. These are in closeby Winnsboro.  The town 
of Mt. Wernon has antique shops and museums.

All rates plus 6% hotel tax. There is a $25.00 Cleaning Fee for each 
stay. There is a DEPOSIT of $100 on #11 and $125 on #12 (Refundable 
if left clean and Rental Agreement followed)  

We only accept personnel check or PayPal for the amount of rental 
only.  PayPal is using your credit card.  There are no fees to you.


You must sign and return a Rental Agreement before your stay!
