The main house was updated in 2002 and an upper story was added. The
boat cabin was also renovated that same year into a wonderfully
cozy, studio cabin. The main house faces east, a perfect position to
watch the morning sunrise from across the water. The house and cabin
sit only 20 to 60 feet from the water's edge depending on the tide.
The beach is rocky and has many tide pools to explore.
This is also a great beach for marshmellow and hot dog roasts!
The Main House - is a two-bedroom, two bath with living room and
family room. Both bedrooms have double size beds. There is also a
double bed set up off to the side in the living room. There is a
piano in the living room for guests to enjoy. Both bathrooms have
claw foot bath tubs. The kitchen is well equipped and has microwave,
coffee pot, etc., The lower floor of the house has been updated but
the feel of the historic cabin is still present. The upper floor is
modern with a cabin style. The dormor windows upstairs provide lots
of light and an interesting architectural design. The view from the
house is outstanding, ever changing and always entertaining whether
it is wildlife, sealife, sunrise or passing boat.
The Boat Cabin - is a one room cabin with kitchenette. This cabin
would be comfortable for a couple. It has a double size bed and a
bathroom with shower. There is a cozy window seat that overlooks the
water and beach.
