this 2-bedroom 2½ bath townhome is fully applianced and furnished. 
Its two bedrooms can sleep a family of five comfortably, six if one 
sleeps on the sleeper sofa in living room. Let a vacation in 
this wonderful beachside paradise refresh your spirit!

Community amenities include: tennis courts, racquetball, exercise 
room, function hall, 3 pools (heated lap pool, heated family pool 
and a beachside pool) and a 24hr guarded gate.
Home amenities include: A fully applianced kitchen with all the pans 
dishes etc you need, washer/dryer, living room with sleeper sofa, 
TV, DVD player, highspeed internet access and many family games. 
Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, TV, DVD player and a 
private full bath. Second bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed, a walk-
in closet, TV, DVD player and its own private full bath. All linens 
are provided. Patio has a gas grill and table and chairs for outdoor 
enjoyment! Swimming noodles, pails/shovels, and other pool/beach 
toys are provided in the home.

Your family can enjoy warm breezy beach strolls, fishing from the 
nearby jetty or waving to cruise ships as they sail away. Watch 
dolphins play and pelicans dive in the waves just a 5 minute walk 
from your doorstep. Take a leisurely walk around the community 
watching peacock families, cranes and other birds. Feeling more 
energetic? Take a run on the beach, play some tennis or racquetball, 
do some laps in the lap pool or use the fitness room. Want more 
excitement? Take a five minute ride to Cocoa Beach where you can 
rent jet skis, shop at Ron Jon's 24 hr surf shop, or hit one of the 
many clubs and restaurants for some great night life. Going on a 
cruise? Extend your vacation with a pre or post cruise stay. We are 
just two miles from Port Canaveral. Kennedy Space Center is just 20 
minutes away. Orlando International Airport is a 40 minute drive and 
Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are all within an 
hours drive. Then come home and relax in the privacy of your 
own "home away from home".

Rentals are $1800 per month for January-April and $1500 per month 
May-December. You may add addtional weeks at a rate of $700 per 
week. You may also add additional days to your rental period at 
$100.00 per day. Rental rates do not include 10% Florida tax, $25 
Villages Association application fee and $500 refundable security 
deposit. Additionally, there is a $200.00 cleaning fee.

You are allowed one pet under 30lbs. You must pay a $100.00 pet fee 
plus a $7.00 Villages association pet fee.
