inlet leading to Nantucket Sound. This is a year-round home, on 
elevated land, with an almost 180-degree view of the River. Situated 
north of Route 28, it is quieter and more secluded. Just steps away 
from a dock and small beach and only one mile away from the popular 
West Dennis Beach on Nantucket Sound. While we cannot in good 
conscience say we are ''on the water or on the beach'' the pictures 
will show that we ARE, essentially, waterfront. Large deck and vast, 
level lawn provide a perfect place to lounge away the hours watching 
the boats go by or reading your favorite author. Its an easy walk to 
the little village of West Dennis.
The great room is 25' x 15' and has large windows that overlook the 
lawn and river. The eat-in kitchen is spacious and shares the same 
views. There is a separate dining room, 2 guest rooms with a full 
bath, and a master bedroom suite with full bath. Interior pictures

Centrally located for shopping, beaches, and entertainment.  Just 
steps away from a small beach on the salt water tidal estuary known 
as Bass River.  One mile to the large West Dennis Beach on Nantucket 
Sound.  West Dennis is in the Mid-Cape area so Hyannis with its 
shopping mall, boat docks to the Islands, and the Melody Tent 
showplace is 5 miles to the west.  Quaint Chatham is 12 miles to the 
east, the Cape Cod National Seashore is 20 miles, and artsy 
Provincetown is 35 miles.  The Cape Cod Rail Trail, 23 miles of 
flat, paved bicycle path, starts right here in Dennis.  The oldest 
summer playhouse in the nation is in the village of Dennis.  There 
are Cape League baseball games, go carts, miniature golf, and 
trampolines nearby.

preferred.
