$90 cleaning fee; $250 deposit to reserve the unit (applied to the 
normal security deposit); $500 security deposit on weekly rental; 
$1000 security deposit on monthly rentals; two-weeks cancellation 
notice; refunds available less 10% for processing fees if cancelled 
within allowed time
