Broadwalk are just 60 seconds away.  The apartment is on the second 
floor and has a private entrance allowing access to the street or a 
private patio. There is a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bath and 
private balcony.

The apartment has all of the comforts of home with the advantage of 
being so close to so much diversion.  Every room has been completely 
redecorated with new furniture, hardwood and tile floors, chair 
rails, crown molding, new ceiling fans and fresh paint. 
The private ground floor patio has a gas grill and mosaic table.  
Off the living room is a private balcony with a view of the 
Atlantic.  The bed room has it's own air conditioning, a plasma 
cable TV, a new queen size bed and spacious closets.  The Living 
room is equipped with a bar, new TV, stereo, air conditioning and 
two couches that convert to a double and a single bed.  There is a 
modern bright kitchen with full sized appliances, cooking utensils, 
dishes, silverware, basic spices and complimentary bottled water and 
soft drinks. The bathroom is completely tiled and has a full sized 
bath tub with shower.  The balcony has an ocean view and is perfect 
for morning coffee, evening cocktails and private sunbathing.
In addition the apartment is equipped with extra linen's, blankets, 
pillows, towels, beach furniture, wireless Internet connection and 
much more.

The location is perfect.  We are fifteen minutes from downtown Ft. 
Lauderdale, five minutes from downtown Hollywood, ten minutes from 
each of four golf courses, thirty minutes from downtown Miami, a 
short walk or ride to any one of dozens of restaurants and clubs, 
twenty minutes from the Hard Rock Casino, fifteen minutes from Gulf 
Stream Park Casino and race track and, of course, 60 seconds from 
the sands of Hollywood Beach.
It is a four hour drive to Disney World, a three and a half hour 
drive to Cape Canaveral, A half hours drive to the Everglades, and, 
depending on traffic, a two and a half hour drive to the west coast 
of Florida or Key West.  There is a water taxi fifteen minutes from 
here that makes eleven stops along the waterways of Ft. Lauderdale 
and Broward County.  Fishing charters, bike rentals, boat rentals 
and more are available within a short distance.

There is a three night minimum stay and we will accept two night 
stays off season.
