This 2-story partially newly remodeled furnished lake house is located
in Rockford bay off of Lake Coeur d'Alene, in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho.
It has a breathtaking lake view with a dock and boat slip only
footsteps from your back door.

This house has 1 bedroom upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs and 1 bedroom
off the balcony for extra privacy. There are 2 1/2 baths, and each
bedroom has access to their own bathroom. There is plenty of room to
bring air mattresses to set up additional overnight guests. The
kitchen has its own microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster and
refrigerator. We have supplied a coffee maker as well as a furnished
kitchen. No need to bring those utensils!

This is a completely furnished property, stocked with linens in each
of the bedrooms. We have provided additional linens and towels, but if
you prefer beach towels, you might want to bring your own. Included
with the property is a TV with VCR, CD/Radio player, and a washer and
dryer.

The lake itself is 30 miles long, ranges from 1 to 3 miles wide and
offers over 109 miles of shoreline for boaters and vacationers to
explore and enjoy. The lake is fed by the Coeur d' Alene, St. Joe and
St. Maries rivers which provide boaters the opportunity to explore and
anglers the opportunity to sit back and enjoy the fish.

We are only a short distance from Black Rock Marina which has
wonderful meals and occasional night time entertainment. Bring your
own boat or rent one and spend the summer on the beach. About 20
minutes from downtown CDA, by boat or car you can enjoy golf from one
of the most prestigious golf courses or you can take in a day of
hiking or enjoy the small shops the town has to offer. If you want to
take a longer drive, there is an amusement park about 40 minutes from
the property. You also have the opportunity to boat across the bay to
Harrison Bay with restaurants and shopping. Come check it out! It is a
vacation you won't want to miss!

Rates 1200.00/month from September 15 - June 15 with $1000.00 deposit.

Rates $500.00/daily or $2000.00/week from (all dates except those
listed below)

Rates $600.00/daily or 2300.00/week from (July 1 - August 16)


Additional fees are:  $500.00 (refundable security deposit)
                       $100.00 (refundable cleaning deposit)
                       $100.00 (cleaning fee)
                      $250.00 (per pet refundable security deposit)
                       $50.00 (per pet fee)

Rates can be paid with MC/Visa using paypal (2.9% +.30 paypal fees
apply), check, money order or cashier check.

No Refunds if Cancellation is within 30 days to Date of Reservation.
50% Refund of Rental Fees if Cancellation is within 60 days Prior to
Date of Reservation (100% Refund of Cleaning Fee and Security Deposit)
100% Refund of All fees Paid if Cancellation is made at least 61 days
prior to reservations.  

If you cancel within sixty days of your stay, every effort will be
made to re-rent your unit, if we are successful you will receive a
refund otherwise the cancellation policies will apply.
All refunds will be sent as a Check Payment.
